Music! Music! Music!

It's really great to see Lukas back on myspace.

After all the cyberland upheaval in recent months, I'm glad to see Lukas as resilient as ever, communicating with his fans, and sharing his excitement about the new music he's working on.

While my first instinct is to send Lukas a myspace message asking him to answer so many questions I have about his music and vision, I know the chances of getting a reply are slim to none. He must receive hundreds of messages every week since he has already added over 3,500 friends!

My current Top Questions:

1. When will we be hearing the new music?
2. Will you be including any unreleased Rise Electric songs on your next CD?
3. If you answered yes to question 2, which songs?
4. Will you be booking any gigs in the next month?

Oh, nevermind! Whatever songs Lukas Rossi presents to us are sure to be creative and passionate. If Lukas stays true to what he believes in and feels, it will translate into some amazing music...

I can't wait to hear what beautiful music comes out of Lukas next. As long as he stays true to himself, it'll be brilliant. The one question I'm dying to know the answer to: Will his next CD have This Is My Home on it??? I love that song!!!!

How cool that Lukas answered some of our questions so soon after we asked! I love that Lukas is so loyal to friends that he has connected with musically. Dom said in an interview once that Lukas was a dream to work with because he was so passionate about his music, and man, does that ever come across when he is the person writing the music and lyrics. I hope Dead Flower is the direction he is heading in at the moment. I'm sure there is so much more to Lukas that we haven't heard yet. What an exciting adventure this is. We love you Luke!

afzzyogI would agree I am up to hear any songs that he is willing to give us. I would love to hear Dead Flower on the next cd. The passion that comes across with that song is wonderful. SO many songs out there today are just songs, words on paper. Lukas when he writes he gives a part of himself to the song, he makes them come alive so we can feel them too. I love that! Even if you have never been it his position before or walked a day in his shoes, you can still feel him.

Prayers do get answered!! Isn't it wonderful ? I said months ago in a post at RB that my dream was to hear a CD of just him and his guitar singing whatever. Now it will be a reality in just a few weeks! I do love that man so...

I have made so many great friends from all over the world: USA, Canada, Australia, UK, Sweden, and more. We all have a bond to the talented Lukas Rossi. We all look forward to his next song, album, or next time we hear him live. He will be forever supported by his fans the Rossi Posse and Lukatics!

Lukas has a beautiful voice and great talent so he can sing any song and sound great. What I love is when he sings songs he wrote or has a connection with, then his emotion pours out of the song. Like "Dead Flower" it is just a small piece of the song and it can make you cry. Imagine what a EP with songs he wrote could do, the posse will need a lot of kleenex. Dead Flower is on my myspace and a bunch of others that I have been to. So that should show Lukas that his songs kick ass!!
Keep on writing those special tunes Lukas your posse loves them and you!

Love as always, Sterling

Music....ahhh...I think a lot of the time that is what is forgotten about poor Lukas. The music is what brought us all together. It is great to see him so excited to share it with us, kind of reminds me of a kid in a candy store. On his myspace, he tells us the direction he is headed, and we run and email and comment him to death. He really has to love that. He has passion for his music and his fans that I hope will always be there, because many of us share that passion with him.

And WATT, glad to see you back too!!
